Rules of the European Regional
Society for the Study
of the Juche Idea

ERSSJI –
Article 1
The
European Regional Society for the Study of the Juche Idea (hereafter Society)
is a non-governmental social organization that studies, informs and solves the
problems in all fields of social life on the basis of the Juche idea.
Article 2
The Society
makes the following activities;
- The Society actively organizes
and develops, guides and helps the
activities of many figures in various fields of political, social and
academic circles in Europe to study and
disseminate the Juche idea and apply it into practice.
- The Society organizes various
activities necessary for studying, disseminating and applying the Juche
idea such as seminar, round-table conference, lecture, talk, experience
exchange and other work in close relation with the IIJI.
- The Society makes active
studying, dissemination and application activities for independence, peace
and cooperation in Europe.
- The Society actively organizes
writings and publications helpful for the study, dissemination and
application of the Juche idea.
- The Society keeps solidarity
and close cooperation with other international organizations, institution
and groups that intend to promote independence, peace and cooperation.
Article 3
Membership
admission procedure of the Society is as follows:
The figures
who want to join the Society should submit their application form to the
council of the Society. Admission is decided by the approval of the majority of
the council members.
Article 4
- The council consists of 15
directors.
- The council elects its
Director, a 1st dep. Director and a 2nd dep.
Director.
- The council elects its General
Secretary, 1st dep. Gen.Secr and a 2nd dep. Gen.
Director.
- Chairman of the council is a
Director.
- Office terms of Directors are 4
years.
- The council can call back or
by-elect directors.
- The Council meeting is convened
every other year on principle. Irregular meeting can be held.
Article 5
Seat of the
Society is were the Director/chairman is situated.
Article 6
The council
elects a coordination committee of at least three people.
Article 7
The
contents of the rules can be revised at director’s meeting.
Article 8
The Society
receives the donation of study organizations and figures under the Society.
Duties of Directors of the
European Society for the Study
of the Juche Idea.
The
directors of the ERSSJI actively participate in the activities to study,
disseminate and apply the Juche idea in the European region and their
respective countries in close relations with the council of directors and are
accountable to the council for the work.
- The directors study and
disseminate in an active way the immortal Juche idea.
- The directors raise to the
Society on a regular basis the constructive and creative opinions
concerning to the study and dissemination of the Juche idea.
- The directors submit their
annual plans to the society and inform it of their activities regularly.
- The directors guide and help
the work of national institutes (committees) in different countries and
cooperate with them so that they study and disseminate the idea on a
regular basis.
- The directors participate in
the work to study and disseminate the Juche idea in heir respective
countries and work with different political parties and social organizations
as representatives of the Society.
- The directors are asked to
write articles annually that explain the principle of the Juche idea and
prove its validity and vitality and send to the Society and IIJI so that
they help the study of the followers.
- The directors keep links and
cooperation with each other and regularly exchange their experiences.
- The directors inform in time to
the Society of important issues concerning to the activities of the Juche
idea study groups in their respective countries.
